If you are city slickers who prefer condo, then this may not be the right option. If you are like me who prefer to return to a resort home away from the hustle bustle, then it is the best option. Working in kl, just park yr car in 1 of the many park and ride and you can ride the mrt line to kl within 40 min. Stress free.

Eco Forest is really good spot and quiet place. The whole ergo home concept is actually similar to those 2 storey flat in australia. the entirely idea to have the resident to be more connected instead of having own unit and somehow isolated from each other. A lot of people judging from its small unit. Yet again this ergo are tailored to specific group of people. This is the so-called foreign architecture that we are pushing into malaysia architecture market. PS i am part of the whole hazelton team

I also been in Eco Forest before. I like the concept, but still prefer those normal layout of landed property. L shape design house is great but never good in feng shui. It will make makes more quarrelled. The yard is so near to each other & u will never know what is type of person that your neighbor is. Unless your neighbor around really is your friends or family member like u mentioned. 1803 sf ft is quite small nowadays for landed property. In minimum 2000 sq ft at least.

Human possession of space is never enough. The more space you have, the more space you wanted. Its not about what you want. Its all about what you need. I started off w 1950sq BU. Then upgraded to 2350sq then 3250sq. Now i am downsizing to below 1000sq apartment.

So 1 cluster 3unit is 1.5mill-2m which is price of semi in klang valley... still expensive but the concept is cool if 1 unit is 500-600k so quite good

No. Do the math properly please. Ergohome 1800sq x 3 = 5400sq plus 6 secured carpark. Cost = 550 x 3 = 1.65mil Smd everywhere in klang valley where can you get 5400sq 6 unblocked carpark space for 1.6mil????

Johnson, not all walls can be demolished. Check with your developer B4 you renovate. Some walls form part of a structure of the building(Shear wall) cannot be broken as it is transferring lateral forces/weight. For info, you can check by typing "Shear wall" & learn something for future reference. I hope it helps.

Really for people like us who has full flexibility, also for those who work as insurance agents, property agents, freelancers, youtubers, photographers etc. If you think about it, 35 minutes to KL isnt crazy, most people who stay in setia alam, putrajaya, puchong perdana, puncak alam or klang is the same.
