I have been experimenting with micro quads and found out that most of them have very similar flight characteristics. So far I tried Hubsan x4, Syma X11, Eachine CG023, Proto X and Walkera Ladybird V2. I have not tried Nano QX yet, but all of the above quads, except Ladybird, have something in common when referring to flight characteristics. They are all locked into hover, ridged. When you release the sticks all of the above micro quads are immediately snapped into auto-level and stopped. This is a good news to the beginner who is trying to master the controls, but, not a great entertainment value for seasoned RC pilot, because you get board really fast and put them aside. I could not say the same thing about Walkera Ladybird V2. Of course, I would not recommend this quad to absolute beginner, but it offers something different. Dynamic fluid control. For example if you pick up speed, you can't simply ease out on the elevator and expect the quad to stop, you need to apply some breaks, by pulling up. Also, you don't feel the sharp edge between the auto-level and banking. On this quad that edge is blurred out. It feels like it's floating through the air, NOT moving through the air. Flying it becomes a form of art, not a mechanical activity. I keep putting aside all micro quads after a while, but find myself coming back to Ladybird V2. What do you guys think? If you flown Ladibird and other micro quads, can you compare and tell this difference?

Thanks for the instructions. So what is the bind plug for?

I know you commented a year ago, but the bind plug wipes the fixed id on the vehicle. It's so you can bind the vehicle to another transmitter.

the binding you showed was for 3d flights i guess. before the green light, the first thing you did was right too. you can just fly it like that. but when the green light is on, it is harder to fly for starters because 3d mode is on.

No, you shouldn't have to. Once you bind it once it should be good to go, even after swapping battery packs.
