I don't think these taste like Taki's Fuego personally. Taki's Fuego has a very strong tangy/sour lime flavour, that's very similar to a salt & vinegar type of thing, only with the added spice. The Wotsits do have a slight hint of citrus, but it's extremely mild. The main flavour for me is smoked paprika. Even the type of spice is different I think, with Taki's Fuego having a more direct, intense and flavorful spiciness to them, whereas the Wotsits have more of an afterburn kind of heat.

I have had these a few times and they are amazing!....Straight to the top of my favourite savoury snack list.

They are nice, spicy and quite dry. They aren’t oily so probably on the healthier side of snacks. I’m eating them now and my lips are burning. It’s the jalepeno powder that’s spicy, not malic acid that’s in a lot of drinks and not spicy. I got 3 for £5. Got the max to try too 🎉

Other than one quick stint in Aldi, Takis haven’t gone into any supermarket so don’t think these are in response to them. I’d love Takis to get a proper UK release into supermarkets and lower their prices.

Seen you eat some pretty hot stuff on here do surprised you find these hot. I really like them but would describe them as spicy more than anything else. Like you say they do have a nice citrus zing to them. They also do this flavour now on the Max crisps and Doritos…think they will be coming to Monster Munch as well.

As someone who’s tasted the Hot Cheetos these are way nicer and hotter..The Dorito version is good too but these deliver the best heat fix.

I tried the "Really cheesey" version and they were really not very cheesey ... they were ok, nice crunch, and I did finish the bag! but 'really cheesey' they certainly are not [bland tbh, original wotsits were way more cheesey] As a lover of spicey foods I might have to try this flavour. Where they lose ... people will maybe try once, then decide they're not worth - whereas if they were half that price we might tend to buy more often. What they reminded me most of was Crunch-os which were 'US style hot dog flavour crisps. The crunch is certainly there, and they are satisfying to munch on but pass on the cheesey ones if you really like your powdery cheesiness crisps

Has to throw them away! All I was tasting the spice which was literally burning my mouth off, I wouldn't recommend buying these if you're expecting flavour and these crisps were awful

They are a complete and utter rip off of Nik Naks just a different flavour. I always thought walkers and kp snacks (company that own nik nak brand) were two different companies. Nice crisps though but im surprised kp snacks havent sued them by now.
