You can pull the sadle clip out and attach the lanyard by sliding it into the hole on the clip and lock it behind the lever then stick it back in the handheld. Took me a minute to get it.

good luck on that one he did not tell as none of them do you have a radio with a one mile range all family service do that No family service radio has more power as thay are under F C C rules and regs.

power up and look at what channel your on he did not read the book

check the second set of numbers that is the code if at 00 thay should work I am trying to help I do not Owen them I bought my radios at a store that only sell radios and all every thing you for them and gives you a 3 year worenty and non extra dum buttons mine are for off road ATV side by sides 4 wheel's

after all the one thing you did not tell everyone was they have a 2 mile line of site radio with no seport people all thay can do is get there money and try again
