Great video I enjoyed it. You were also lucky with the weather. Where I live it is now 42 degrees during the day. I still walk 10 km a day. but that's really tough. greetings and the best from Bangkok from Baltex Peter. 🙏

Thanks mate appreciate it. Wow roasting! Only time I've ever been in anything above 40 degrees was on holiday in Central France and it was unbearable, next day they had severe thunder and lightning and flash floods! Good on you for getting your steps in pal💪👍

You two make such entertaining videos! Glad you found a tent shaped bush to camp in front of! Primula cheese spread, didnt know they still made it! Lovely views of the Downs and you always tell some interesting stories about houses and places you see. Thanks to you and Dawn for making such a lovely and entertaining video.😊

Nice one Tom and Dawn! I like the sound of the clementine and cranberry cider so I'll keep an eye out for that. I'm sure that there's a joke to be made about a bone but I shan't go there 😁. Great views from where you pitched for the night. Looking forward to the next video!!! ATB 🙏🏕🍾

Thanks Guys . Great video. Sad seeing the memorial to the downed German aircrew. Lot of history crammed into every square mile of the UK from prehistoric to the Napolionic wars to WW2, just on this section. Tom Mate ... My ears did get it right South 'H'arting wasn't It? To Cocking... Hell of a route... 😂

South Harting, I don't get the euphemism with that one?!🤣 Agreed, wide variety of history on just this section, probably my favourite section so far. Thanks mate.

Hey Tom, we talked about your channel on my livestream last night - MONK’S a LIVE. So I came over to watch this morning. now I have subbed and will be watching. I’ve watched Steven - A Tramp in the Hills, and Des Greene as they walked this way too. Stay on the path. Monk

Sorry a late post I know. Love your videos and always wanted to do the South Downs Way, so maybe I will next year. The chalk stone you found is one of 13 that mark the chalk stones trail and were carved by a local artist Andy Goldsworthy.

That's awesome mate thanks for the info! I never would have known. And go for it, it's an awesome trail. So well signposted and amenities and campsites etc are very good.
