Great Video. Nice call out for Tower Records Sunset. I worked for Tower Records for 19 Years. I was the General Manager at NE Philly, when we closed and was the only employee there on opening and closing day. I also was the manager of KOP for 2 years. I visited the Sunset location in 2023 and in 2018. In 2018 they still had Tower Signs as they were advertising All Things Must Pass. The Tower Documentary directed by Colin Hanks, Toms Son. Times Square is much cleaner then Hollywood Blvd.

I was checking out of Whole Food market in Louisville and while waiting for my friend I noticed a young lady wearing a Philly Fanatic shirt working at the Fed Ex counter. I told her that I watched you on KZbin and she said until she moved to Louisville, she was part of your crowd. Small world! I went to high school in Tampa so got into rooting for the Rays because of that. However, in the 1990's I was a Philly fan when the team consisted of John Kruk, Darren Daulton, Lenny Dykstra and others. The main reason my family got interested in that team was because of Jim Eisenreich #8. He has Tourette syndrome and so does my husband and son. They were a scrappy team, and I loved them.

The Roxy is really a music venue. Some of the biggest rock music stars have played there. I used to go there. The parking is difficult. I used to go to the Comedy Store too. There's a documentary about it, not sure where. Maybe Prime video. Those movie and TV promos along Sunset are really cool!

Take everyone in Malibu, and everyone in Beverly Hills, and you've got less than 1% of L.A. county's population. Throw in a big town like Santa Monica, and you make it over the 1% mark, but still not 2%. Most of L.A. is suburban sprawl, not that different from suburbs anywhere. It would be cool to see videos of the industrial, oil refineries, harbor area of Los Angeles/Long Beach. It's where most Chinese/Asian imports come into the country, and it's certainly different from L.A.'s publicized image.
