Please note Yokohama residents shall welcome you with open mind. As Yokohama is the first city started business with foreign people first. Meantime Yokohama people internally proud their place is the most sophisticated town in Japan. (Better than Tokyo? maybe)

I used to visit both Chinatown and Motomachi when lived in Tokyo. As Motomachi is next parallel street and it takes 5 minutes from Chinatown.Thanks.

I agree Motomachi is my favorite place. When I was working in Tokyo area I rent a apartment in Tsunashima and used to visit yokohama to enjoy shopping and eating.

1:00に出ている新横浜ラーメン博物館まで、徒歩１時間59分の看板で大爆笑してしまった。 こんな看板あるんですね。中華街から行くなら電車使うかな？

Damn this chinatown is alot better than USA chinatown. USA chinatown is worst. This chinatown looks fine; it look like blade runner the movie. But this is cleaner and organized. It's very unique mix japanese and chinese.
