Walking Bass Line - Kansas City

Learning how to walk a bass line will greatly improve a bassists playing and Kansas City is a great tune to practice over. The song was covered by a lot of famous acts. Today we'll be using Fats Domino's version. It's a 12 bar blues in the key of C major. There's one change where they play a quick 4 on the guitar solo (although I'm not sure if the whole band went for it, lol). Cool! Practicing this on my brand new bass...whoohoo! Actually we have jammed on this song for a long time as it is one ( the David Bromberg version that can get as Raunchy as the crowd requires...lol) that my husband is well known for and so fun to play.
