Had a 55 minute game where somewhere in the middle the game would lag and skip frames for people on both teams, it was the most painful thing to play because we would initiate or be in the middle of an engagement and boom the game freezes and someone dies. I think every form of healing, regeneration, etc. is affected by antiheal, could be wrong tho. But the real question is does it affect Chronos ult. EDIT : Chronos ult is not affected by antiheal, neither is Khepri ult. Stone of gaia, health potions and other stuff is affected.
