A lot of German cities used to have mostly buildings of this old style but WWII happened and after the war they were rebuilt in a modern style, so a lot of beauty was lost.

In den 800zigern stand ja noch das alte Postgebaeude und der Busbahnhof war noch nicht umgebaut.. Da um den Bahnhof rum hat sich wirklich sehr viel verändert

What a beautiful place! Even on a Rainy October day, it is so colorful. October in Tulsa Oklahoma is not a lovely sight. Our super hot days in Summer, makes the transition into Autumn, very stressful on the plants. Mostly all dead by October. Grass and tress all brown. Sometimes, after a mild summer (very rare) our Autumn, can be nice. However an early FREEZE wipes a lot out. 23:28 & 27:58 *Lederwaren Heiges* seems like a fun store to shop in for little ones. I love Ravensburger quality. Vineyards here at 17:39 ? I see they make wine in this village. *Wein Berg Werk* Thank you for allowing me a sneak peek here.

At 32:35 I saw the shop where I met my wife. In 2001, she worked at Orsay here in Esslingen. We both now live in Canada, but we both miss Esslingen. Walked those cobble stone streets many times.

Can you tell me if the building shown on the tumbnail of this video is located at 35 Mullelburger Strasse in Esslingen? I think left side of the building (since remodeled) was a house I once lived in sixty-seven years ago. It would be locate about one quarter to one half mile down Mullelberger Strasse from the wooden fortress.

НЕзабываемо ...2016г. Живу в Украине, от увиденного был восторг, значит можно же жить СТАБИЛЬНО! Жить в чистоте , жить в красоте и уважении друг к другу, и т.п. Вернувшись домой в Украину.... не ожидала от себя, что впаду в уныние ....и навязчивым вопросом; - что я тут делаю???? ( mein deutsch IST nich mehr so gute ) mein opa wohnte auf schumannstabe ich wünschte ich wüsste noch jemand in eislingen der mir ein video von ihrer wohnung zeigen könnte sie wohnten im obersten mehrfamilienhaus das gebäude ist sehr alt sie waren 65 jahre verheiratet ich erinnere mich als kind es hatte noch heute einen ganzen platz, der von oben nach unten in die parkgarage schaut im hof bei allen türeingängen, ich war noch ein kind, als ich mich erinnere, mit meinem opa auf dem balkon zu stehen, als wir über eisslingen geschaut haben , wenn jemand aus eisslingen mir helfen könnte, indem er den ort für mich aufzeichnet, wäre das so toll, da ich in amerika lebe und seit 1979 nicht mehr dort war, aber ich habe den ort auf google maps gefunden und er existiert noch
