I spent a lot of time in that park growing up, as well as on the ballfields and tennis courts on the other side of the highway. I watched your walk down Benson Ave video yesterday and it brought back memories. My 2 main homes growing up were on 21st Ave off 86th St, and on 82nd street between 21st and Bay Pkwy.

I miss this, I was born in Brooklyn in 1961 to later be brought down to Florida in 1964 by foster parents. I want to visit Brooklyn and all of NYC before I live out my life :(

Grew up in Bensonhurst and was feeling kind of homesick (living in FL now). Grew up on Bay 20th and lived on Bay 11th. What are the chances you walked down both those streets? Great video. Makes me feel home.
