Just discovered your channel and I love it! Thank you, for letting us travel to beautiful places. Just a quick question though, how tall are you because it seems you tower over everyone! Or is it because of your camera set up? What is your set-up btw? I think I saw a shadow (halfway through the video) of what looks to me like a go pro (action cam) on a stick ... first i thought it was on top of your head but then I saw you were just holding it, I guess. But continuously during the walk? Wow.

When I was in Paris in September for 4 days, it rained all but a couple hours, so what we did see wasn't beautiful, as it is in your video. Believe me when i say, negative comments, they're just comin from jealous haters, who will do & say anything to slam the French. Why? Only then truly know, but having qualified in Psychology, i'd say they're simply very jealous of such a beautiful place with amazin people, who possess an even more amazin culture. A great idea! Paris is definitely a "walking city". It should be mentioned that one of the things that makes walking around European cities in general, and Paris in particular, is that the buildings are all the same height, which gives the pedestrian a unified field of vision that is psychologically pleasing. I would break the walk down into neighborhoods--3 hours is too long-- pause and turn my head to admire some of the amazing architecture and shop windows displays. The center of Paris is full of magnificent "hôtels" or mansions and very cool boutiques. On one of my walks in the Marais I came upon the remnants of Phillippe Auguste's wall that surrounded medieval Paris in the 12th century.

ProWalks, once again, totally superb!! You're the walkin legend! Paris is insanely beautiful! I can't believe, that this video could even get 1 "thumbs down", let alone the 132 it currently has. That's so ridiculous & what's not to like about your video or Paris, France?! I think the haters are just jealous!! haha In fact, i'm sure of it. The poor French always cop a fair bit of criticism. I have visited Paris & France twice & i fell in love, i really did. I'm Irish born/bred & i'm half Irish/half Scandinavian, but i totally love everythin about France & French culture. So very beautiful indeed & such an amazin history. People shouldn't be so picky & so nasty. Many people watchin these uploads are totally messed up & only come here to criticise & condemn. They don't understand the French people, bec it's "they" who don't want to make the effort whilst visiting France. In fact, many haven't even been there, but are so quick to judge & make stupid comments. Many people don't even know the proper history of France, or even know the fact, that the French carry much Celtic, Germanic & Scandinavian & also British dna. If you read the history of France, you quickly come to learn, that the French are more closely related to NW Europe, that any other part of Europe & even more so, than being classified as part Mediterranean only. They have a Roman influence as well, but so do the English & other European groups. Many Irish, carry Iberian dna too, not to mention, some Southern European & Middle Eastern dna too. In fact, much of Ireland's music & dance history, actually originates from old French/Middle Eastern influences, yet many people are totally unaware of this fact. I speak fluent Irish Gaelic & in my language, the French influence is quite strong. Many Irish Gaelic words, actually stem from French words. Ireland & France were once strong allies to the other, so we do have a rich historical bond & we do share some commonalities indeed, not to mention, our dna. Fact, in NW France, the Britons & the Normans, carry more Celtic & Scandinavian/Germanic dna, that they do French alone. Why do i say all this? Because i want to enlighten those who don't know anything about France & the French. I hope my wee bit of info helps.

Paris stinks, so no thanks...

@@chadsnell7234 you are so nasty!! Paris does not stink!! Don't talk rubbish! Even if it did smell here or there, so what?! All global cities have their fresh smelling & smelly areas. I bet where you live it's not different. You're just one of those haters, spreading toxic msgs via social media. Do not come here typing absolute garbage! I have lived in Paris for 2 yrs & it did NOT smell. Go & have your DNA test done, bec i bet you may carry "unknown" French DNA, yet you don't even know it. With a name like "Chad", you must be American, so it's no wonder you had to make that comment. My relatives live in the US & they always tell me how Americans like to bag the French & almost everybody, but themselves. :-) Speaking of smelly, when i was in NYC, i experienced "many" terribly smelly & dirty areas, but this doesn't mean that i didn't like New York City as a whole.

Hi Isaac, this is a really old one. Your microphone technique is much better today, and your way of focusing the walk path and what to keep in focus is soo much stronger! Please do this one again, it would be so much improved.......

Hey Olov, yeah, this was one of my earlier walks. I filmed another Paris walk back in 2020. Here is the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pauUfpqrbcpkhJY

Thank you very much for sharing your amazing video tour. It reminds me of when I was in school in Paris in1985. I’m sorry that I cannot see the place on the Sorbonne University, Saint-Michel, Saint-Germain also Montparnasse, is there any next episode that I might able to watch your video? Thank you very much again. I live in NYC since1988 after Paris. Still, I love & miss Paris.

Ciao, I went to Paris earlier this summer and filmed a new walk. I filmed a couple of those places, including the catacombs. I am working getting those posted as soon as possible. it is a bit of a slow process.
