Amsterdam is just amazing!!! My favorite European city so far. I like the vibe of the city 🏮🍄 and it has so authentic good Chinese food that I want to move there. 😆😆😆

@@rainyambience923 I don't live in Amsterdam no. In the Netherlands, but not in Amsterdam. Tourists are of course a source of income, that's why they're tolerated. For the most part they're seen as too many, too present, and annoying especially when they're biking. Many tourists don't know how to bike, yet are trying it for the first time in their lives - in Amsterdam of all places. And they don't know anything about bike rules. Also many tourists don't respect the cycle paths, using those to walk on, not taking into account Dutch people cycle there because they are going to work, to shop etc. Not for fun. Of course I generalize here, there are exceptions, but on the whole it's like this. And I advise everyone to FIRST learn to ride a bike and practice it outside Amsterdam, in a quiet village or the countryside. Before doing it in the city that's the most dangerous of all Dutch towns to bike in.

I can't get over how shabbily those bikes are treated.....piled one on top of the other, knocked to the ground and left there. I would shudder to have to leave one of my babies outside there. 😔

@@rainyambience923 5 actually: a Blix, Avenly Ladies step-through city cruiser, a mountain bike that folds like a book (can't remember tge name) a Schwin city bike, and two folding little ones, one a 6 speed. Mine are to commute to and from work and grocery shopping 🛍. No dorky cycling shorts 4me! 😁
