Do you know what the “gong” represents? The first one was jeering. Kinda spooky but such an amazing experience. Thank you.

@@jess4951 What you heard is actually a temple bell, known as a Bonshō. Its used to mark the passage of time or to summon the monks to the temple to chant. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonsh%C5%8D

37:00 That background humming mixed with the moon makes the temple feel so intimidating, especially when its this tall dark structure in the night. So dope!

Oh My Friggin Goodness!!! As soon as the video starts: cool low ambient lamp lights, light snow, and the Moon hanging out with the dark clouds trying to engluf it's light... My eyes started to anime glow with stars of appreciation 🤩 It is my Ultimate mission to see the wonders of Japan with my own eyes!!

As my words make their way across the internet, they might get lost in the flood of information that fills our screens. But if they've found you, they're carrying a message made especially for you. Here's a heartening thought - you've got the power to sail through any challenge life throws at you.

Snow falling in Kyoto city is a rare occurrence, a precious image that occurs only a few times a year, every year. As you can see, many parts of Kyoto remain as they were in the past, so the streets are still narrow in many places. It is said that it was 794 A.D. when the emperor moved the capital to Kyoto and built the capital ”HEIAN-Kyo"(the capital of named PEACE), so the city has existed here for about 1,230 years until now, and people back then saw this scenery in the winter season just as you do now. When you see these narrow streets, you will understand why Japan developed its own Kei (light) cars and Kei (light) trucks. Kei trucks are used not only for work in factories and farmlands, but also for practical use in towns with narrow streets. You can understand why large cars like American cars do not sell well in Japan, because they are not suited to this unique environment and lifestyle.

Amazing video, I thought it was a video game walkthrough at first minute. So surreal. Have to say.. some of the temple bell sounds and whatever.. wind? humming? was going on sometimes.. fitting for the season (Halloween)! 😅😄👏🏼

Because some content creators/influencers didn't behave. It's a shame. However, you can enter this place if you know a local. But they are very strict.
