My ex-girlfriend is a school teacher out there in Tustin. We're both from the right coast and she moved out there years ago. She did some modeling, acting and a few other gigs, then got her Masters and became a teacher. This reminds me of her and the fun we had back in the day. Hope she's well. Thanks for the great vid. Is it very costly to live there? What’s the average age of home owners there?

The houses I walked by are in about the 1.5 to 2 million US dollar range. Many of the home owners have lived there for many years, and my guess is that the average age would be 50-70 years old. -WMM

North Tustin.. Browning and La Colina it was probably quieter when the road wasn't going through to Tustin Ranch Rd. North Tustin the home of the worst drivers then look at you weird when they're walking out on the street with their dogs almost getting hit early in the morning.. idiots! Great shortcut from Irvine to Orange when you go into work 😂!

☝️😑 SUGGESTION: swing the camera slowly back and forth, even if you have to walk SLOWER.. let us see the homes, yards, stop every now and then do a 360.. look at other KZbin walking videos for examples ,,,more California videos please
