How can you really think that every country ( even that is enemies with eachother) in the world are hiding the "ReAL HiSToRy" from everyone and only fantastic TV show knows about that?!!! Even your grandparents can tell you that at the Victorian time of their grandparents was no black or asian aristocracy in Europe at all! Or they've been brainwashed too??? And if you think that there was no racism in the 19th cent. why are you blaming Whites for imperialism and slavery??? It is one of the biggest leftist paradoxes that I heard...

Personally I think the solution to time travel that makes the most sense would be the concept that you always were a time traveler, that is how it always happened, as in if you go back in time and step on a butterfly that is how it happened every time and you don't actually change something, if you go back in time and kill a celebrity or a dictator, it was always you that did that and that will always happen

Oh, I love the way that Doctor Who dealt with Bill's exit. I felt like so many of my questions were answered in Bill's last episode. I wish she stayed longer, so we could see a bit of character development, but I still love Bill! I think Bill and the 12th work perfectly together, what with their personalities, but I'm really excited for Jodie Whittaker. I hope she knows that she is playing the role of a legend. Sorry, I'm ranting. My point is, thank you Doctor Who, for making Season 10 epic! Can't wait to see what's in store! :3

After 1772, it was illegal to own slaves within the British Isles themselves, and in 1807 it was illegal anywhere in the Empire. Before this, there were serfs, forced to live and work on their land. The Vikings, Romans, and Britannic/Saxon tribes also made use of slave labour. The legal status of slaves in the British Isles was always somewhat ambiguous. Generally, they would have been "servants", and while they were not treated as poorly as in the Americas, they were by no means cared for. There have been small numbers of black people in the UK since the 11th century, but they were regarded mostly as curiosities. In 1504, a group of black slaves were sent to serve the King of Scotland. This is really where slavery in the current sense begins in Britain, however it is short lived. The idea was that any man who stepped foot in England would be free, and while this was objectively false, it does show that most wealthy landowners in Britain had the mindset that slavery was a thing for the new world. The idea of English nationalism was taking hold around this period; we thought our "green and pleasant land" was no place for things such as slavery.
@Dom-fx4kt
@Dom-fx4kt 2 жыл бұрын
The slave trade was abolished in 1807, however the slaves in the colonies weren't freed until the 1833 act which was commenced in 1834 and the role out of compensation was then given out to slave owners.

I wish they would keep politics out of entertainment. The fact of the matter is that at the time period almost everyone in Britain would have been white. Not that that is better or worse, it's just a fact. and Jesus wasn't white or black, most likely. He was middle eastern.

read revelation 1:14-15 clearly describes his feet as brass, BURNED in a furnace. and in Daniel 10:6 it says his ARMS AND FEET in colour to polished BRASS. polished in that context means refined. when you Refine brass you burn it in a furnace. revelation was just explaining what Daniel prophesied as they saw the same man. so to put to two together. His arms and feet were Black.

It’s The Truth. “Black ppl” absolutely were “Christians” before slavery. That’s why they went into slavery due to disobedience to God, Just like they did in Egypt. “Black ppl” & “Africans/Egyptians” are 2 different ppl. “Black” is just a color & Brought to us by a white supremacist. We’re all nations of ppl. “Black ppl” aka ISRAELITES we’re sold into slavery by “Black” EGYPTIANS, To The “White man” aka Europeans. So yes, I’m saying The “Jews” in Jerusalem that say they are Jews & LIE! Are not the real Jews. As the scriptures say & Jesus & His chosen ppl we’re absolutely of “Black skin”. Black is a dominant color. Adam & Eve started the human race. 2 “white” ppl can’t make a “Black” baby. However, A black couple absolutely can make a “White” baby. Ask yourself this, If we all clearly see the Egyptians were “Black” as we see In The Hieroglyphics on the pyramids etc. Then how did Moses (Who as we’re told was a “white” skinned baby) HIDE/BLEND in with the Egyptians🤔 Or Joseph when he was sold into slavery by his “White” skinned brothers. How come his brothers didn’t recognize him, Wouldn’t “White” skin stick out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else around him who were Egyptians of “Black” skin🤔 Same with Jesus/Yahshua, When Herod was killing all the babies. Joseph & Mary fled to Egypt to HIDE/BLEND in, In order to keep Jesus/Yahshua safe. Side note: I’m not at all associated with any Hebrew Israelite camps, Nor do I believe in having hate for the “White” man, The Lord said vengeance belongs to him & we’re suppose to love our enemies & No, I don’t believe every White person is an enemy. My husband is “Black” & I’m “White”..... So I’m being completely unbiased & Stating undeniable facts That everyone can research in The Bible & History. (Also, Look up the slave Bible in DC museum. You’ll see how The “white” man or slave master REMOVED majority of the scriptures to MANIPULATE the slaves into OBEDIENCE. Why would they use the scriptures to keep them obedient? Because it was their GOD in the first place. They STOLE from them... It’s all in the prophecies, That many don’t want to research because their mindset is “That’s Old Testament & Irrelevant” ) We all need to repent (No matter our color) to make it to heaven. Seek & You shall find THE TRUTH. Shalom 🕊💞

I love how doctor who knowledges what time travel would probably be like. You really think your actions have consequences in history? There are a few individuals who have enough drive and luck that their actions matter, but beyond that, you could sing heavy metal in the 18th century to a crowd in London, get drunk and kill a guy, and ultimately very little would change. Maybe one or two people would look a little bit different, but beyond that, no.

@sharkyk7279
@sharkyk7279 6 жыл бұрын
No, the idea of stepping on a butterfly rewriting the whole timeline is an idea that originates from the sci-fi classic "A Sound of Thunder", but also relates to the common analogy given in Chaos Theory - the flap of the wings of a butterfly in the Amazon can cause a tornado in Texas. They're both referred to as the Butterfly Effect.
