Was at Soundwave Saturday Night in Brisbane and I was getting a Pizza while waiting for Avenged Sevenfold. There was a little stage with about 100 people there listening to this band. I started listening and thought this band sounds really cool. I looked at the Bass player and thought this dude thinks he's Duff McKagan. I got my pizza and went over closer and said shit it is Duff. They were really good so I stayed and watched the set. For Butcher Jeff just got down in the crowd and walked around getting kisses from the girls and shaking the guys hand. It was awesome and very cosy. Lucky AX7 were late. People must have heard them from afar cause people started drifting in as the set went on but there wouldn't have been more then 200 max. Great sound, great group.

I had never heard of this band before until I went to an Alice In Chains and they were the opening act. I remember back then they had a saxophone or a trumpet too. I don’t think Duff was with them; it was another dude.
