Very nice. If you want another nice area to walk, I recommend the Ruidoso Dog park. I know! I know, but hear me out. It's never crowded, they have chairs in the shade where a few people gather, and the area around the park has nice trails. It's also down the street from the Ruidoso library. You also have a great view of the mountain from the park.

Most stores in mid-town open at 10am. Many are closed at least one day a week this time of year (Tuesday or Wednesday). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are the busiest days.

I'm wondering if Ruidoso is anything like Branson, Missouri? Branson is 100% a tourist destination and has been for decades. I've heard Ruidoso might be the same. If anyone knows anything, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Yes. Has been since the 50s. Skiing in the winter, horse racing all summer, and casinos all year round. Texans come up here a lot.

Lots of cool stores in a great little town ! Fun to look at ,you don't have to buy stuff ! A nice walking tour, good exercise ! I don't dislike EVs, they have their place, I just personally would rather have a pickup that uses gas or diesel. I do me !

Nice, I mentioned you should try a drive by my old place in Angus the other day and it seems by coincidence today you start your walk by where my Dad's old Restaurant "Sonny's BBQ" was at; the building with the stone chimney to the "right" of Wooly Bears (used to be another T-Shirt shop). Good Stuff. Did that walk alot when I was 9- 15 yr ols.

Buying your EV was a purely personal decision. Why on earth would anyone, in their right mind, think that whatever they thought of that decision makes any difference at all to your life!? You are correct in that folks will resist anything their influencers tell them to resist against. They don't live their lives by logic, instead turning such things over to others.
