WALKING STREET BAR CONSTRUCTION UPDATE and a SPORTS BAR EXPANSION

It has been a while since I have covered some of the progress and construction along Walking Street in Angeles City Philippines so I thought I would journey Fields Avenue to what has been going on. Several bars are under going some upgrades and expansion projects so come along as Anne and I walk the Avenue to show what is and has been going on...
Also, there is a Bar just down Perimeter Road that is opening up an outside Sports Bar feature this coming Saturday so we visit to see how the expansion is going and to see if it will be ready for the Grand Opening. Come along with Anne and I as we tour the place to see the progress...

This is the first time I have spotted zinc rhs sq steel in the pines on the gold bar deck construction job including that plastic timber look like flooring .love the way miss Anne mops the floor like a sword fighter.

Gold Bar used to be High Society. The club that's being renovated was Flamingo. I never went in when I was there in February... it never seemed to be consistently open. Half the nights I was there the lights were off.

wow, love the new camera set up. a must have for any country. what is this RFID sticker, is it a toll road or something? And being summer there, I'd imagine more people will be walking around with umbrellas to shade themselves. A shout out to you and Miss Anne.

yes the rfid is your toll road electronic pay sticker 👍 you simply drive thru without stopping and it deducts the amount from your account umbrellas will be everywhere soon ☔️☂️

yes it is a great advantage to have a local with such knowledge experience and understanding of this culture 👍 it has been a huge plus in communicating and transitioning for me 😁 trust is important and Anne and i work together well… Yes a car opens up opportunities to travel at your own pace and im really liking that decision 😀

You already got a reply here about the Gold Bar being the old HiSo (High Society), but the funny part is the street vendor saying "yes" when asked if the deck was outside the old HiSo.... They all say "yes". haha..... even my trike driver (JP) that I've used for years makes no sense sometimes.... Me: "JP, do you want to eat now or later?" JP: "Yes." 🤣

That was the Flamigo bar same bar group with Genesis as you could pass back and forth between them inside the club. Used to be the Viper Room years before that. Gold bar was the old HiSo, if you look to the right of the Gold bar building face you can still see the columns from the old HiSo. You shouldn't really trust Filipino's on the street telling you something, they likely could be telling you anything and make like they whole-heartly believe it. Very cool if it's going to be another HiSo.

its a mock up, an assumed view not the actual car, the cameras and real view comes from the cameras in the grill under the side mirrors and at the trunk 👍
