That route only takes you around the golf course. I ran the hole route in four days and we all cut across.

Hi ! is it easy to find food for each day or better think of a picnic for noon and prepare it each morning before leaving ?

I would be prepared to take some food with you as there are not shops on all parts of the trail and wouldn't want you to get cut short. Having said that, you do pass a few places that have shops/pubs/cafes etc. I was wild camping so I took a stove and enough supplies to not leave me not totally hungry. I guess if you are staying in BnB's they may provide breakfast and dinner. I hope that helps!
