Walking The Jurassic Coast

In this video, we attempt to walk the entire length of England's Jurassic Coast, a stunning 155km/95 mile coastal path starting from Studland in Dorset to Exmouth in Devon, wild camping where possible.
With the covid pandemic having put most travel on hold for the last couple of years, we were all forced to look a little closer to home for our adventures, and The Jurassic Coast is surely one of the most scenic parts of not just England, but the entire UK.
Along the way, we'll drop into some of the famous sites along the way, such as Old Harry Rocks , Winspit Quarry , Kimmeridge Bay , Lulworth Cove , Durdle Door , Lyme Regis and The Golden Cap.... And a few of the best pubs in the south of England too!

Great video thank you,I intend to do the south coast walk my question is ,is it easy to navigate do I just keep the sea to the side of me or do I occasionally have to go in land a long way n lose sight of the sea ?

Brilliant video. I know the part from West Bay to Exmouth like the back of my hand. I actually live just beyond Seaton which unfortunately you didn't get to see due to time constraints. Imo the best part of the Jurassic Coast. The part from Lyme Regis to Seaton is called the undercliff (and valley of the goats) where a huge landslip occurred, and it is where they filmed The French Lieutenants Woman. I highly recommend if you get time to do the last bit and see Beer, Branscombe, Hooken Cliffs is like Shangri-la, Weston, Salcombe Regis and Sidmouth etc. Anyway great video and great attitude re camping etc.

Like you I arrived at the Lulworth Ranges to find they were closed. It's a long way round and a lot of tarmac. I did go back later to do Kimmeridge to Lulworth as a day walk. It is fantastic - I highly recommend. Great vid, thanks for sharing. I'm hoping you'll do some other sections of the SWCP.

It sure was a lot of road to walk on 😅 Had no idea about the firing drills before undertaking the hike.. But these unexpected things happen on long distance treks. I might do some more SWCP hikes in the future, until then I have a Scotland and Himalayas trekking series on this channel

You guys should've done the Portland circuit while in Weymouth, some stunning scenery, hidden coves and a quarry with tons of carvings in. Great video
