Hey Jason. Great seeing you and a tour. Loving these modern homes. 6/6 and two 1/2 baths. Loving this color scheme grand fireplace gold accent wall. Elevator 🙌🏼. Oh like the bar area but too dark. Easy fix. Nice kitchen. Cozy large nook. The 2nd kitchen is like a full size kitchen. Outdoor kitchen. Nice covered area. Pool 🏊🏽 & jacuzzi. Nice extended circular seating as well. Agreed. Spacious guest bedrooms and en-suites. Amazing primary, en-suite and closets with safes 😮. 3rd level in and outdoor space. Great home Jason. Thanks for the tour.

Not a fan of driveways with grass growing in strips. Unless it's artificial, it looks like a nightmare to maintain. Very nice house with fabulous views throughout. Definitely worth the price. Would be concerned about hurricanes on this waterfront property though.
