Thanks so much, John. Yes, the very first session felt a bit shallow but then I tried it some more and now it's definitely a keeper for me!

As a beginner option you can Mortgage a Presidency Share for half the value of the current round (rounded down). You can do this at anytime including during the Stock Exchange Phase. You are aloud to Unmortgage a Presidency Share during the game by paying current round price during the Stock Exchange Phase.

@@realjplay It's for beginner players because in most cases they have a tendency to spend all there money before Loading Phase and Mortgaging their Presidency Shares can earn them up to 4 coins to load ships. They just need to Unmortgage them as quickly as possible before the share gets to high. Once they have played a few games they won't need this option anymore.

Yes, definitely not a tableau or engine builder. There is a lot of interaction in this one; mainly timing related though, not direct conflict or so.

Vielen lieben Dank für deinen Kommentar! Solo wäre sicher schwierig, weil hier schon ein wenig Bluffing und Timing im Vordergrund steht. 3p oder 4p sind aber wirklich spielenswert!
