Pity it has become so quiet over the years. I remember the days when the streets were full, with the men my height (1.93cm) and taller ... those big guys are surely still there but now more scattered place to place

That's what I also call a Podgorica dude! :)))))) Yeah basically, I know from experiences that where people socialise, it now spreads in chunks place to place. For example, while it is open, your Delta City is quite a meeting spot for locals...even if they don't shop there, then there are other similar venues. Maybe the traditional city centre has just had its day. You know where the Ottoman clock tower is? Even that is a pedestrianised sector which I am sure decades ago had people using the space for mixing. So only time will tell! Best regards! :)
