Great playthrough! I've recently bought the original Quacks with two expansions so still a lot of plays ahead of me so I'm not going to buy the duel but your video was very pleasant to watch, very informative and the game itself seems quite nice, a bit like a tug-of-war style.

At 31:00 I don't think it's do 2 upgrades, but get 2 level 1 ingredients of different types...?

How to resolve the after effects? Who goes first ? It doesn’t state in the rule book :[

Thanks and indeed, this is missing in the rules. On the Geek the designer himself answered this as follows: "...the player who is behind in patients will apply the aftermath first."

Gest of Robin Hood COIN game out now (i know you like Robin Hood games). But it's 2 player only - no solo.

Thanks so much! It's not awfully long game - when you both know the game, it shouldn't take much longer than 40-45 minutes. Depends a bit if you are using ingredients you already know, or if you have to go through the individual rules.
