Join me as I celebrate Ice Cream Day by exploring various flavors and treats! I ventured into tourist-free areas and indulged in a variety of ice creams. Here’s a breakdown of my sweet journey:
📅 Ice Cream Day
May 9th is Ice Cream Day in Japan, a day filled with ice cream-related events across the country. It's the perfect excuse to enjoy as much ice cream as possible!
🍫 Pino
Pino is one of my favorite treats. These bite-sized vanilla ice cream balls are coated in rich chocolate, and the balance of sweetness and bitterness is just perfect. I rate it 100 out of 100!
🥤 Coolish
Coolish is a unique ice cream that comes in a squeezable pouch, making it easy to eat on the go. Although it wasn't my favorite and I found it hard to eat, it had a surprisingly rich flavor. I gave it 50 out of 100.
🍙 Grilled Rice Ball
After too much ice cream, I switched it up with a delicious grilled rice ball. Flavored with soy sauce, it was incredibly tasty and earned a score of 120 out of 100! It’s definitely worth a try.
🚶 Walk Through Tourist-Free Areas
I walked through quiet, less touristy parts of the city, enjoying the scenery and finding new spots to try ice cream and other treats. It was a perfect day for a walk!
🌞 Perfect Weather
The weather was just right for a long walk and sampling different ice creams, making the day even more enjoyable.
