There is a 2nd Japantown on Sawtelle Blvd. in West LA which is the first and original Japantown in Los Angeles. A lot of Japanese Americans used to live in this neighborhood. It is about 4 blocks long with many good Japanese restaurants, trendy shops and other retail.

Wow, Little Tokyo looks completely renovated and beautiful! Thank you for uploading!! When I went there about 20 years ago, that area was dim and kind of scary at night...(Actually, I visited Japanese American National Museum across the street and stayed at Miyako Hotel.)
