City life in Romania, and probably a majority of Europe is so much different than city life here in the US. I am so excited to explore all of what Romania has to offer next year when i make my big move, to a much better life. Thank you for these amazing walking tours.

I've never been to the US, but you are not wrong :) It is a much more different lifestyle. In Sibiu, at least, life is so much more relaxed, and not on fast forward all the time. You get to actually enjoy the present moment. And the people are open and friendly.

I visited your country last October,around Halloween. Really enjoyed it. Timisoara,Brašov and Sibiu,along with Bran castle and Peleš castle. I spent most time in Brašov,i liked it a lot. We visited Sibiu on the last day,a sunday sunny afternoon. I couldn't believe it,it was amazing. Wish we stayed longer. Reminded me of Petrovaradin,a part of my home city of Novi Sad in Serbia. The similar Germanic/Austro Hungarian architecture is uncanny. Beautiful cities with kind and helpful people. Greeting from your neighbour in Serbia ! :) Great video

ONly 1 day in Sibiu? And didn't you regret not staying more? I had a friend who also went to Brasov, and was really impressed by its beauty. But then, when he came to Sibiu...he was blown away :) It really is a beautiful city. Proud to be able to call it my home :D. Hope you're doing awesome there, in Serbia. Planning on visiting the country, do a walking tour of Belgrad.

It's actually a mix of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque. Saxon architecture is found in brasov. Austro-Hungarian architecture is not really found anywhere in romania besides Arad and parts of oradea, and it's not really a thing. It's just neo resonance, which romania doesn't have much of. People often confuse Baroque with neo resonance and neo classical, so it's totally understandable, I'm just am architecture nerd haha, sorry to bother you!

Beautiful Sibiu. How I remember roaming the beautiful city. The magnificent architecture. The friendly people. We stayed at the Imparatul Romanilor Hotel - a lovely stay. I sincerely hope to return to amazing Romania someday. ❤️❤️❤️

That hotel is really nice. One of the nicest. And bang on in the middle of the action, right in the center. Sounds like you had the best time. You should definitely come back during Christmas, and experience the Christmas market. One of the prettiest ones in Europe.

I think the best translation is The Greater Square, not The Big Square. And The Lesser Square for Piața Mică. It's the way they were named in German too, in a degree of comparison way. Plus it sounds smoother.

I've watched this many times, My favourite spot would be 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙞𝙚𝙨. And I wish I could be there in 𝙎𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙪 one day, knowing Romania's inside. It's beautiful, calm and charming. Let me know when you visit it, I'll show you around ;) The Christmas market in Sibiu is one of the most beautiful ones in Romania. So yeah, I will post a video in the winter, (if I am here, and not visiting another country). Indonesia is one place I want to visit. Bali is a popular destination for those looking to escape cold winter months, like me :)

Avem si una catolica, in Piata Mare. Dar asa e, majoritatea bisericilor e crestin-ortodoxa. Anyway.... apeciez mult comentariile, si sper sa iti fi placut turul :)
