Never suffered from anxiety before Covid. Now reintegrating myself back into society makes me anxious. Luckily I live in Costa Rica where the living is very easy and people are so calm and happy. I am getting better thanks to these wonderful people. Your video was wonderful and it's always nice to hear someone in some way say, "Me too."

My life was anxiety before covid and I was already ill too. I only survived because of acupressure mats and God. I wish I could live somewhere very easy, i need to. I wish all people will! I hope everything gets better

I was in a terrible relationship for long time and I use to get anxiety chest pain everyday wasn't able to sleep, I wasn't able to take care of myself because of the heartbreak. Now that I'm no longer attached with destructive version of myself. I spend days doing the most simple task and I feel complete. I think one can be happy all over again we just need to stop Hating ourselves and own to whatever we are. Everyone out there who is struggling with anxiety and depression guy's believe me life is not to you, life is coming from you. Settle down smile and give space for our hearts to beat.
