It is not just another place for food. This place have a hidden responsibility that may affect the visitors of their view of Singapore partially. Therefore be reasonable with the rent, same apply to the food pricing but equally important is the overall quality of the food. The airport must set respectable standard to the tenants and constantly ensure it have been complied. Don't worry about making more money from the rent but look at a larger picture that across the board many places in Singapore will benefits if they keep coming. If even the local make mentioned and visit it frequently, you have the indicators. So see BIG never mind if people mistaken that your eyesight is assuming bad.
