I can still use Sparkle 1 after upgrade? There are different loop styles from the video.

Hey, yes you can still use v1! They’re independent plug-ins with their own SKU, so no worries you can use both in the same session 🙌🏻

@ujam Instruments after diving into the new version (as a Sparkle1 user) here are a few points worth considering for v2.1: 1) Please duplicate the functionality of the key switches also to a higher register on the keyboard, so we could select NOTES with the LEFT hand to form a chord, and PLAY the with the RIGHT hand (since you didn't program Sparkle like a standard sampled instrument in "instrument mode", so the notes register is not really for playing (aside of maybe power chords) as most of the "playing" is done via the key switches register. I find myself crossing hands to attempt and control the instrument, aa I am (and most people) right handed. 2) The effect section is actually a DOWNGRADE from Sparkle1... less control over delay and reverb... Please give us the control on effects back. One Finisher knob is very limited and I'm either getting too much fx or too little. In Sparkle1 we had more control. Also Drop D is missing in S2. 3) It's a real shame you didn't name patterns which are similar to Sparkle1 with the same name... I wanted to find the patterns I used in a production I'm currently working on, and have them running via Sparkle 2, but the names of the presets are completely different. Surely many strumming patterns are similar between the two versions, with new ones added in S2 - so why not naming the similar ones with the same name? [* and if all patterns are new - why? Why not have S1 patterns and expand on top with additional new ones? It only makes sense] These were the most standing outs issues I noticed so far. Great sounding instrument though! 👍

Honestly, interested to know about the plug-in as a guitarist. But all the extra video stuff was more of a distraction than a help. And the background music "clouded" hearing anything about the plugin. Hopefully I can find a better video that explains why sparkle should be in my plug-in arsenal, and what it actually does?
@samshephard716410 ай бұрын
They’re pretty good at marketing. Now the only thing missing is the tutorials that go deeper. Ujam was meant to show people how to get the most out of their instruments. So everyone has to find out for themselves and waste many, many hours. A pity...

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if the presentation didn't meet your expectations. We understand that clear and concise information is essential when learning about a new plugin. That's why we always have preset show kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y56sdIGueshkqpY and Feature overview videos kzbin.info/www/bejne/pny0lmZvl9asbZI. If you have any specific questions about Sparkle or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help! 🎸🎶
Now we just need detailed tutorials to be able to use all the power. You make great VST instruments, but there are almost no tutorials to be found. Why is that? In my opinion, you need to show people how to use your plugins professionally.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. We understand the importance of providing comprehensive tutorials to help users unlock the full potential of our plugins. Your input is invaluable, and we're committed to improving our resources to better serve our users. 🙏🏼 🎸

Please teach me how to operate VGS2 so that I can play a real guitar. I'm not a guitarist. So I bought Virtual Guitarist SPARKLE 2. But I can't play VGS2 like a guitarist. If I was a guitarist, I could play like the real thing. But I'm not a guitarist. So please teach us how to operate VGS2 so that we can play real guitar.

Did you tried to actually PLAY the instrument? I mean NOT using the preset phrases but playing it in instrument mode? When I figured out how to actually play IRON it was like the clouds disappeared letting throough the sun. That's why I'm here, to add another guitar to IRON because it worked soooo well for my pop rock songs.
