Being a summer time visitor, this is the first time in my life I have seen snow in Yarmouth, what an amazing transformation :o thanks for braving the cold to share this with us in the softy but wet south.

I've always wondered what the beach looks like with snow... most times it doesn't settle on the sand at all. Well done Tim for capturing it before it was gone... that must have been a freeeezzing walk!!! 🥶

Having lived for many years in Yarmouth one thing I won't forget is that freezing north wind and only experienced snow once on the beach, I do miss it living here in Mexico 😂🌞😂😎

Thanks Tim. I lived just opposite the Wellington Pier, from 1956 to 1964, I remember once I saw snow on the beach, but as you say it’s all gone by late afternoon. I now live in Vancouver, we are expecting a snowfall late tomorrow, it usually makes the headlines, due to the fact it will not be here long. Anyway, thank you for the memories, take care.

Snow on the beach always looks so magical! I think this snow must have been the time that my sister had lots of snow in Suffolk and we had none in 2021! Very impressed you could get your drone up in the air in all that wind!

Great! I could almost feel the cold and wind. It made me think of my paper round days when I'd be the first and only person walking through the snow. (Incidentally I used to deliver papers to Jimmy Greaves and my brother to Geoff Hurst! My only claim to fame!)

This is another superb video Tim and you can feel proud of the result, from the spectacular opening scenes and atmospheric music to the walk along the beach in the snow it was mesmerising. we remember arriving one year for a weeks break it was November ha ha we had friends who ran a guest house there there was snow on the ground was snowing as we came into Yarmouth we had some more later in the week its lovely to see , we live on the coast in the North west of England , we had some the other morning does not stick for long salty sea air as you know , Stay safe Tim great vlog of my all time best place i use to holiday year in year out with my parents , we use to travel from the Midlands each summer..

Essentially though it's the contrast between a scorching summer Saturday when Great Yarmouth is heaving with people having fun and going for a paddle, and now where it's closed, cold and damp. Romantic is not the right word, but there is a weird sort of romance between the differences. I can't explain it. But I know what I man.

I live in Altea in southern Spain.. 20 degrees today but last week we had snow in the nearby hills and higher roads.. So unusual for here.. I have never seen snow on the beach in Altea however !
