I love framing. It's one of those jobs that you easily go from nothing to something. It really allows you to see a project progressing. Awesome job! Being able to change your mind on projects as you go along is one of the many reasons I love DIYing projects. Paper only shows you so much.

I never had problems with nail guns when building houses. Never used one. 😊 28 ounce framing hammer all day long. Roofing hatchet for roofing. Finish hammer for finish work. I still believe nail guns leave things loose. But that’s just me. Enjoy watching the struggle and the successes. 😊

A nook is a cozy little corner or a small, safe area. A nook in the library can be a nice place to sit and read. If you have a "breakfast nook" in your kitchen, you know it's a space set back from the main room, maybe built into a corner or under a window, where you can sit a small table

Looking great! I like the nook idea. Just wondering what your plans are for all the pines that are near the house? I'd recommend taking them down at some point. When I bought my home 25 years ago, we had some near the house. They grew massive of course and overhang the house. The pine needles constantly clogging my gutters and limbs dropping on the roof. I was so scared a big storm would lay them through the house. I was finally able to hire someone to take them out. Expensive!!! All that to say, better to take them out when they're smaller. Lol Yall stay hydrated, this Ga heat is brutal right now.
