The 1979 performance I believe in Israel by them is my favourite, because Stan sounds so different. Went from this to completely grungy/punk.

A friend and I saw them 2/9/83 in New Orleans at Jimmy’s Music Club uptown I think it was. We were within arms reach just in the other side of a small railing separating the band area and some small round tables. I’m looking at a picture of us right now with our Call Of The West Tshirts on. Special night indeed 🎭
