Day 1, done. Thank you! I've been looking for something like this. My primary goal is fitness, but I've been extremely sedentary for quite a long time. I haven't wanted to jump into anything that isn't aimed at _beginner_ beginners, if you get my meaning. Too intense right at the beginning & I'm done before the 1st week is up. This is just about right. I appreciate directions like getting my shoulderblades off the floor. I don't always know how far a movement should go.

I am so happy I found your channel! I am 58 years old and trying to work my way back into shape after have long Covid for the past 3 years. I can feel this workout! I’m 58 and had my both of my kids in my late 30’s and early 40’s by c-section so hoping to build up my upper and lower ab muscles and get rid of some menopausal weight. Glad I found your channel. Tried Pilates yrs ago and it just seemed to intense , I like how this is done with the wall and weights are added in. Thanks Rachel!

Great workout! I love how you alternated between abs and arms. I upped my weight for this, which made it more challenging. Definitely struggle with a heavier weight when doing skull crushers.

Today i switched my 28 wall pilates exercise to 14 days. Day 1 ✅ Unfortunately i had to modify every single move. also my legs were diagonal, no bridges or no bending.. no weights etc. I just straightened my legs and tried to do moves.. Hope my knees won’t hurt again cuz they’re in so much pain. aches, hurts and I don’t wanna cause any MORE pain. I’ll see my physiotherapist next week and will try to figure out what happened to my knees, i was just trying to do wall pilates! Why it caused me so much knee pain idk.. Hope this terrible knee pain is gonna leave me so soon. hope it’ll work for me ❤ thank you Dear Rachel ❤

Love that! And yes so much you can do with it! Very versatile and great for traveling as well. You can even double up the ropes to get a lot of resistance

For beginners I recommend 3-5lbs for dumbbells and 2lbs for ankle weights (when purchasing u would select the 2lb option, not the 1lb)

It can help sometimes but if it gets confusing- no worries! Just breathe normally ☺️ I think it matters most if u are exerting a lot like in heavy lifting!

I don’t cue it for crunches bc if you’re flexing up, you’re working the muscle/it’s being engaged just from u doing the movement 😀
