I never comment on the KZbin videos.....but I just "walked" 2 miles since my cancer treatments 2 years ago.....I wasn't nearly as graceful as these ladies...but I kept moving! I made it! I'm at my heaviest now without my thyroid and the leftover pain in my back from the treatments has made me depressed and at 230lbs.....I'm desperate to lose weight. Thank you for the constant encouragement.....I actually made it to 2 miles! I'm even looking forward to trying it again tomorrow! Thank you x a million!

I was a dancer for 9 years. I'm 35 now and need to loose weight for a major back surgery I'm doing the 2 mile 22 day challenge and so thankful that you did a cardio workout I could stand through because while I'm always in pain, getting on the ground is HARD. The loves were simple and something I could do with my kids in the room. I love how your ladies are of all shapes and sizes. It makes it attainable and realistic. Thank you!

I am 79 and just had to have a pacemaker put in. I am on a cardiac diet and needed to start some sort of exercise. I found this video and love it. I can only do the first 2 steps, but keep moving through the whole 20 minutes. I do it once or twice a day to try to increase my steps.

I am turning 70 in just over a month. In the past 5 1/2 years, I've been thru 2 total knee replacement surgeries, a brok3n shoulder and the loss of the best 4-legged friend ever. I've been on Noom all summer eating healthy and losing weight, and now I must add exercise. I still have pain in my knees, but I have to push through and grt it done! Thanks for this. I'm trying it tomorrow.

It may seem trivial, but I love the fact that you don't have the typical "fitness influencer-type" women in your video but just normal (still beautiful of course) women who just truly seem to enjoy themselves. My doctor told me that I really need to get in cardio daily and make it a real lifestyle change. I decided that it has to be fun and not necessarily mean going to the gym everyday and I found this stream. Omg, I got through the 20 minute 2 mile walk dance. I’m sweating and I’m happy! I was feeling grouchy this morning but glad I did this. It was fun and easy to follow. A great way to get into (or back into) exercising. I did about 2400 steps, so not sure if that was actually 2 miles. But it was still 2400 steps I wouldn't have done otherwise. Happy New Year!

222 was the amount of likes on this when I watched! Been doing Jamie's workouts daily since December 27th, 2020. I don't know how I started following this channel, but it is one of the best things that has happened in my life. January 2021 was one of the darkest times in my life, but no matter how I felt, I made myself throw on shorts and dance in my living room every day. In the last year, my relationship with my body has transformed, the ignition workouts are like going to therapy for me, I feel more confident dancing, and I love my legs for the first time in my life. I subscribed to the membership site last summer, and the volume of content on there is incredible, with classes unavailable on KZbin.

Girl when I first went to Zumba and started this fitness instructing journey, a salsa felt awkward and a little sleazy because I was so uncomfortable with my femininity. The more I did it, the more confident I became. Then it felt freeing and sexy instead of awkward and sleazy and I never looked back. I just want all women to feel that freedom. There’s nothing like it in the world. Get it, girl. ❤️

Awesome workout. Moves matched the songs perfectly. Love the balance of different dancers, age, body type, advanced, low impact, etc. this 60 year old has been taking classes on and off for 40 years, and this was one of the best. I did it on my lunch break at work with the door locked, lol. Always have sneakers, a shirt change and deodorant at work!

I have been doing dance videos on KZbin for a while and I love them but my biggest struggle is that so many of them expect you to know the moves, they don't explain what's coming up and how to do them. Tip for people: if you find it to hard like I did, try doing for a while on 0.75 playback speed. Gives you time to ease up to it and learn the moves. I have endometriosis (and so issues with my abdomen) so when I tried this I did great 3 days then was hurrrrting. Don’t hurt! Slowing it down helps me, even if I’m just slow walking some steps 5-10 mins a day I’m hoping I will eventually make progress!! ❤

I've gained weight (subchub) and tried doing my old workouts and it keeps making me feel so sick after. This workout is the perfect length and tempo for me to get back into it. Im with you guys since day one of make and break ! It's the first time since a long time that i enjoy working out and its because of what you guys do !! From Montreal Canada im taking this time with you each day to get healthier and to fell better with myself... its been 2 years that im fighting to lose weight and youre giving me hope... you are teaching me how to have fun while im working out... you guys are just amazing and i coudnt be more greatful to have this plateform for my body and soul ! i just recommand it to anybody... whatever the shapes... whatever the goals

One of my new year resolutions was to establish a work out routine I could be consistent with. First day of January comes I do a work routine on KZbin which inflames my bad back and I’m pain for like a week. I can barely walk and everything hurts my back. I decided to just let it go and forget working out but as someone on different medications that makes me gain weight movement is becoming a little more taxing than it’s supposed to so I decide to go online one more time for something more befitting and I stumble across your channel. I just did this work out this morning and I feel so good 🥹 I was a little skeptical I wouldn’t be able to do it but then I saw the women with a similar body shape like me and nothing felt more empowering than that! I’m just here to say a big thank you 🙏🏿. I haven’t done a workout that felt so tailored to like ever! Hopefully I can continue with you all year round and be in shape and in health.

This is a great workout for someone who CANNOT follow choreography. I’m talking I can dance just fine on my own and make up my own stuff but anything more than these steps you are doing I cannot follow. I cannot wait to do your challenge!! Thank you!!!!

Been looking for a doable, yet challenging and FUN workout and this looks like the one! Gonna grab my shoes and give it a try right now!! Edit: OMG - it was FUN!! The instructor and people, the music, the different exercises and moves - the best EVER!! I had to make some modifications because I’m super out of shape and just got started except using again on January 1st, but I did the entire thing and my Apple Watch said I burned more calories on this workout than any other I’ve done this month. What a great way to end my first full month of getting my life back through improving my health! Thanks for SUCH a great video! Looking forward to many more workouts with this channel! ❤️

I love watching these young women having fun exercising…I am 70 years old and walk/run 8 miles a day…I don’t have to take any medications and I look 20 years younger than my actual age…exercise is good medicine and it’s FUN FUN FUN

This was so much fun! I worked up a nice sweat and I t helped push me to do a 30+ minute workout and a 400+ calorie burn instead of the 10m I initially planned to do. I’ll definitely be adding this to my workout routine.

Amazing workout. This was exactly what I needed for where I am right now. I used to do dance workouts last year, then in August I broke a bone in my foot. 14 weeks in recovery and today was my first day back dancing again. Took it nice & easy as I still can't jump, but felt so good to dance again, thank you :) xx
