Wall Push Ups:
Benefits:
• Helps tone breasts during & after pregnancy
Exercise technique:
1. To start, stand on a non-slip mat
2. Stand facing a wall, about an arm’s length away from the wall
3. Next, place both your palms on the wall with your fingers
pointing towards each other
4. Now, perform a push-in. Bring your body close to the wall
without moving your feet. Your elbows should be at right
angles when you are closest to the wall
5. Return to the starting position
6. Repeat this 8 times
Warning Signs:
• Pain in the pelvis, vagina, or groin
• Abdominal discomfort
• Shortness of breath
• Dizziness
• Leakage or bleeding from the vagina
• Exceptional fetal activity
Tips:
• Wear supportive undergarments
• Avoid exercising on an empty stomach
