be mindful I combined 3 sessions but I did in reverse the set ends at 6:57 and after it is just combining the first two sessions, the stock combo is NOT good! They intended it to basically be a counter wall which is cool concept but GN just has massive KO risky and is pretty bursty, I did do stuff on Orb and felt it was way better but yeah pretty good for defense in X! No competitive testings yet full session but enjoy!

Hey, I think this might be a bit off by a lot. Your conclusion is based on stock combo battles, but it’s important to remember that we were just getting used to the release. I had a full session with Crest on Orb, and it was actually dominating attack combos at a tournament freeplay section we did. Also, Crest doesn’t have recoil in what you are thinking-Dran Buster was just hitting it since it is ONE HIT KO based. The Stamina issues we noticed early on were more about us getting used to GN Stamina, not a problem with the blade itself.

Yeah, That makes sense. I'm going to watch your testing video because I'm interested to see if it bursts with orb often. Also I thought the recoil was huge because of the way the blades are orientated like it's supposed to be a left spin beyblade. Edit: I just checked, gotta wait for the testing vid.

There are a few things to consider, such as attack and aggressive balance types having nearly every advantage over the other types. The recoil may be coming from the weight and shape of the attack type (which in this case is Dran Buster, by far the hardest hitting attack blade currently). It's the second roundest defence blade released and its weight and shape is comparable to Wizard Rod, so all of its issues boil down to its bit, which lacks burst resistance and is counterproductive to how Leon Crest works.

Your mom is anime level of unhinged in this video , I can really see how defense in x works in this video , I would've said that crest needed something like hexa but that might actually make it worse , crest was able to defend attacks effectively when it tilted towards its attacker, I thought at first you should've been launching crest to showcase the technique but she quickly got the hang of it , also seeing the excellent attack capabilities of buster being able to knockout the beefiest bey in it's gen while on very low stamina and with next to no momentum .

The wall-like shape of LeonCrest and good amount of weight make it Defense-type can really be defensive but just need better bits, for now maybe D or H is fine, But if there is a Wide Needle or Rubber it might be much better And I think E-bit from WhaleWave can improve LeonCrest too. E-bit looks shorter than LF cuz it cut at the end of gears and might bring a metal part of LeonCrest down to spot that can do better damage and cut opponent's stamina, but it may have weaknesses of self stamina after does a smash attack I'll try it in the future
