From a South African Stormers supporter, Joe is undoubtedly one of the best coaches in the world and of all time so for the Wallabies to have him means that they will be back on their feet eventually and be an absolutely formidable opponent to anyone. I know that he is only contracted until the Lions tour but for the sake of the sport we should all hope he stays on until the 2027 World Cup!

Just hope Rugby Australia support Joe. Cause they didnt support the other kiwi coaches like Robby Dean's and Dave Rennie. Just seems like they don't really want a Kiwi coach. But its the best thing that can happen to Australian Rugby. Kiwis know Rugby.
@richardscanlan341916 күн бұрын
Absolutely.They trashed both Deans and Rennie.Maybe Schmidt will be third time lucky...
@mountainman914517 күн бұрын
The southern hemisphere rugby administrators need to accept that the best players will chase the money in the northern hemisphere competitions. To turn your back on those players does not make any sense at all.
@richardscanlan341916 күн бұрын
ofc,we could just pick players from overseas,and then watch our domestic game completelty die as it is completely destroyed.NZ,for example,has in excess of 700 players plying their trade offshore,and that has diminished the quality of their overall game. If it's inevitable that oz,and eventually NZ adopt that policy,then I believe the game will be finished there.Economically,as you say,the north has all the money,so the SH rugb y will eventually succumb to the northern dollar.And when it does,we're finished.

yellow and red cards useless refs and tmo fitness is taken out of the game with tmo stoppages our beautiful game never be the same again the winner will be decided by the team with the most players on the park Aussies have every chance to win the bledisloe this year.with Joe good luck we lost the world cup because richie couldnt nail a reasonable conversion and Jordy couldnt nail a long range penalty and Fozzie trained the team to try and win the game with players in the bin dumbest coach in abs history.Razors turn now lets just wait and see who he picks for his abs cant wait for bledisloe nga mihi.

Now a anzac got the world cup and they have an opportunity to prove their point namely anzac wants to play exciting rugby.. I'm all for that however don't let the referees get involved.
