How long before the Irish tour will the team start practicing and playing together? It just seem a bit unrealistic to face an Irish team that has just played together in 6N and the springboks play no rugby or just have practice 2 weeks before the my arrive. Would be nice if they could play a few games against provincial teams, just to get that rust of. How cool would it be if South Africa made a “barbarian” team picked from our provincial teams that always plays against the boks before international season starts to get the guys greased up and ready

@@johanesterhuizen1842 has nothing to do with liking them. We already have a hooker at age 32/33 in Bongi and Marx is 29, so we need to get younger talent in to cover for Marx going to the 2027 WC. You will notice Deon is Fourie is also not there anymore. Marcel Coetzee has become very slow and doe snot offer more than Kwagga, Siya, du Toit, Jasper, and at the time Duane so not sure what you were thinking Coetzee would have done? carry tackle bags or making tea maybe? Not to mention the Du Preez twins as fringe players.
