1:11:32 Instantly The Voice Of Wallace Echoed Through The Chamber. X

The irritated "g r o m i t . .😡" said through gritted teeth is insane. I kinda like it to be honest, we rarely see (let alone hear) Wallace being pissed. And giving their situation, his frustration towards gromit is a bit understandable.

I’m so happy someone has finally uploaded this! - I listened to this story as a child and loved it but lost the cassette tape and have hoped for a long time that it would eventually be on KZbin and I would get to hear it again 😃 thank you !

I remember listening to this as a kid. What an adventure :)

I wonder why this Wallace and Gromit story was never shown on TV as well as A Grand Day Out, The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave , The Curse of The Wererabbit and A Matter of Loaf And Death 🤔

I own the book featuring the comic strips and I can safely say that most of the dialogue has been changed from the comics to this audiobook adaptation. "No cheese, Gromit! Not a bit in the house!"

Had this book for years, but had no idea there was an audiobook to go with it, let alone with Peter Sallis voicing it. Did they make one for any of their other graphic novels?

I don’t suppose you have anoraknophobia ? I can’t find that one anywhere
@robbiewalker28313 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same thing. It would be nice if the audio books came with comic panels for these videos. Because it’s be hard to imagine this comic without even reading it before (not “anoraknophobia”, the “lost slipper” one.)

Could be a clever way to reprise Sallis after his death I admit. Have all the voice work ready made here.

I think it's better with a Northern English accent. It goes against expectation. That's what comedy's all about

This is good. They should have done this as a proper Wallace and Gromit film. The only thing I'd say is that Baron de Wallais's voice should have been done in a French accented Wallace-type voice by Peter Sallis.
@gracekim1998 Жыл бұрын
No the movie they did in 2005 was great. I don’t think you paid attention to the accents at all. Even if they did make this into a movie, it all depends on if people want to see them do crazy time travel stuff. Also I’m sensing a egotistical bias in you

I admit I like the idea of them using this audio to make a short or film as one last hurrah for Peter Sallis. I can understand if Nick Park doesn't want to use adaptations of his own work however.
