As you all pointed out, it really is nice that this building hasn't been vandalized. Hopefully it can be put to good use again soon.

I would not say "hasn't been vandalized." There's some graffiti in parts of the building.

Was waiting for this one when I seen the photos you posted! That sunset is so beautiful. Place is fortunately still clean despite it being recently closed! Looks like the place is for lease so probably won’t be like this for too long Luckily there aren’t any alarms or anything and you guys were able to do this place, W find guys!

This is such a nice building! As someone who works in a corporate environment, I wish my building was half as cool as this. The views, the abundance of windows, the larger cubicle areas, just wow! Great video and overview, per usual 🙌🏼

Who else thought of Lumberg when you saw the cubicle room? But seriously, this building was in great shape and someone could move in right away. 2022 wasn't that long ago, so it hasn't been abandoned long.

I work security in a 1 story 85,000 SF office building. There are only about 20 workers still working in there. I was told there used to be over 500 before COVID. So it's like a ghost town. There's a lot of empty space and a lot of workers left behind personal belongings.Seen quite a few 2020 calendars and personal photos etc. Kinda creepy!

What a gem. That was definitely an awesome find, and a really cool explore. I don't know about ghosts so much as maybe a backrooms vibe. Definitely cool to see in such good condition, just a shame that idiots always have to vandalize and spray paint everywhere. Anyway, definitely an awesome video.🤘🤘

An awesome exploration video, Wallie! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 It's been a long time since you've filmed an exploration of a building this size. From seeing the exterior of the building, I believe I know where those complex of office buildings are located. I didn't think that the buildings were abandoned. I wish you all the best, Wallie. As always, Alan.

You should do abandon places in downtown Indianapolis because we have a whole bunch of abandoned buildings and a store that took over a toys r us called bulldog liquidators and they didn’t take anything reminiscent of Toys “R” Us out and a whole bunch of abandoned bed bath and beyond’s and all of that abandoned pharmacy’s I think too

my high school also had interior classrooms without window--the building was constructed in 1972; funny thing is that the second floor resembles level zero of the backrooms. no wonder why I transferred to a wealthier suburban district with more up-to-date facilities..

If you really wanna know... I got right reared.... look up the 2001 Daytona 500 Dale Eanrhardt crash. I got clipped in the right rear and I got hooked right into the wall of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel in Pittsburgh. Like Sterling Marlin taking out Dale Earnhardt. That's what happened to me. I'm just here, happy, and healthy to talk and live another day.
@WallieB2614 күн бұрын
Can't do much when you're driving straight and then all of a sudden you get hooked in the right rear and go straight into the wall. I'm just glad the Bee did her job. My seat belt was on as always and it locked up as did all the seat belts and set off the air bag module. It didn't feel good hitting a wall practically head on.

Any idea what type of company it was ? ANYONE ????
@deeznutz8563712 күн бұрын
This really has insurance company vibes. The typewriter & fax gives that away (as some states still require insurance companies make various reports typewritten and only provide mailing addresses and fax numbers to report said filings). The eCopy tower machine at 7:30 makes me lean more toward health insurance or a healthcare amin office. But I don't know for certain. That's my educated guess.
@deeznutz8563712 күн бұрын
Alright I stand corrected. Between the sticker on the white board and the stacks of magazines, this company was/is involved in oil & gas, and either was a victim of government regulation or outgrew this location.
@WayneSimons11 күн бұрын
I was able to find the location pretty quickly by one piece of information that was left in the video. I'm not going to give it away obviously. I know they wouldn't want me to. It appears to have been multi-tenant. One per floor probably. And before it was shut down had three companies related to real estate, engineering, and human resources. Where I live in the Chicago suburbs these multi-tenant buildings are very common. And they'll often lease out an entire floor to one company.
