We had this discussion on the FB page. You have the older model so it can adjust in 1” increments. The newer H9’s that have dual 1000 watt motors have a slightly different menu.

I believe I have the 1000/750 but it works fine just have to adjust the throttle a bit if the motors go harmonic and make the skipping sound…

@@jaynorthwoods the newer H9’s have a modified swing arm. They raised it up a few inches from the hinge to drop the rear by a few inches. This lowers the center of gravity and the standover height a little bit.. The battery has also been redesigned. They are now using the Tesla 4860 cells now which are more compact with more energy density. This results in a 60ah pack that is a smidge taller than the 40ah and weighs in right around 30 lbs. The battery to bike connection is no longer on the bottom of the battery but through a “computer power cable” 3 pronged connector that goes to the top of the battery. There are a few other small changes as well.

I like that thing, but I'm not sure. Handel bars look weak, but I like the battery's as long as it's not too heavy and it looks neat. I see they have a trike too, it looks neat.

I live south of Detroit.. Not far from Toledo Ohio.. We have no hills anywhere, so I can pretty much maintain 33-34 mph on my Kepler throttle only. 35-36mph peddling.

@@reese4010 I buy vintage full suspension from the 90s when mtn bikes were USA made and very high quality. Cannondale for example. I then put front and rear hub motors on them. I like 3000w rear and 1000w front for my terrain. 60v battery with 40ah works well with 50+ mile range.

Just got a H9 AWD last week. Loving it so far, I love the suspension but I'm coming from a hard tail road bike with small hard plastic saddle so any suspension is good suspension. The only issue I have that the front disk rotor seems to be warped, I just cannot get rid of a brake rub.

i would contact Wallke on that one and see if they will just ship you a new rotor. cant have that with a new ebike

True diameter is 2x radius... the radius is Axle down to the ground (with your weight on the bike.). Remember tire pressure and tire deformation. 24" maybe accurate for a 250lb guy and 22" maybe accurate for a 100lb girl.

yes i have heard this but this is still good info for those that have the taller battery and for shorter riders even with the new shorter battery the cloud 9 has wide suspension springs

@@reese4010 yeah I have put my cloud 9 on the bench as it just hurt my @ss something terrible. The stock seat seems just as comfortable or uncomfortable as it may. Just have to wait until someone makes some new springs. But this will be my wife’s bike anyway when my Aniioki gets delivered so maybe it will be more comfortable for her.

Do you think that front wheel noise is concerning? Is it spinning/skipping? Have you had any other issues?

the only issue im seeing is a little rear wheel wearing faster then front but i am a larger rider. this could be normal. the new version of this bike has 2 1000w motors and the sound is very short on the new model. i have not heard of any long term issues from any youtubers as of now

It really looks like they did not want this bike to have the power of the GRIZZLY up front. They made the controller and motor choice purposefully weaker.

i dont know the stats on that but if you have health issues and if your heavy i think its better to use an ebike. in my case my knees and ankles have defects and i have 2 hurnias as well as other issues so a mountain style bike at 254 where i started was out of the question. The ebike allows you to get the joint motion you need as well as you can gradually increase the amount of pedaling and resistance over time. so for older people and those with health issues ebikes are great

Yep, 54 year old with 2 hip surgeries & permanent disability but a e-bike lets me get out and hopefully loose some of that extra weight since the accident. Have an H9 & love it. Purchased H7’s for the rest of the family… 👍🏻

at 6:44 of this video. Hold the + and - in go to advanced settings and go to start strength. play around with moving it up and down. Im not sure which way makes it stronger i have not changed mine

22 will probably show your speed slightly slower then your actually going 24 puts you about 1mph over what your actually going. i had mine at 24 until just recently

@@reese4010 funny enough I gained about 2 mph closing the basket on the back of my bike that had a liner in it that acted like a parachute I’m guessing I’ve now gone about 88 miles on it and I’ve gone basically across my city and my battery has never gone below 70 percent and I only have the 40 AH version and I hardly pedal lol the back suspension like you mentioned is rock hard and the only thing I can think of to make it softer is maybe swapping the spring? Idk if that’s possible tho I looked up suspension seat posts and it seems the only good ones are all 200 dollars or more so I just decided to get a cloud 9 super big seat called the “sun lite sofa” and I think it might make things a bit cushier I really do need to pedal more but even after setting pas 1 to only 5 percent power I think it’s too much so I only pedal on flat ground usually but any hill and I need the throttle I haven’t ridden at night yet since I still can’t attach the front headlight since losing the back part of the screw that holds it and the front fender in I was going 30 on a 30mph road and some lady in her 50s almost hit me from behind I’m assuming blared her horn scaring the daylight out of me and almost making me crash I think the bike is perfect for me and long range but now I’m super tempted to get a surron type bike for off roading at some point but that’s a hefty chunka change haha

i have a good suspension post in the description of this video. it is very reasonably priced $29.50. if you go with it make sure you select the one with a 33.9mm shim. it works great with my cloud 9 seat

I bought a fat tire. Do not like it. They sound like their gonna pop like a balloon. Only 20" and not enjoyable with the Tiny handlebars. I'll stick to my 26" Ecotric and getting a trike also. The fat tire bike will sit until it sells.
