Walmart CARP Fishing Challenge!! (GROSS Bait)

In this Fishing Challenge I take you guys with me to Walmart to get some gear for Carp Fishing! We are going to be experimenting w/ NEW rigs and methods to catch these fish, including hair rigs, method feeders, and more! We get a bunch of ingredients from Walmart to make 2 different types of pack baits. We then take our ingredients to the water, create our pack bait, and test it in the waters to see if we can catch some fish or some big carp! Have you ever gone carp fishing? Ye I'm one here in the UK so basically for the hair rigs you need what's called a bait stop and a baiting needle to attach the bait

To not lose you corn you need to put a bait stopper in the loop on the hair rig. The hair rig packages come with them

Method feeders best thing for carp and even cats man I've caught quite a few....by the way i would have kept the corn water to have it mix in tighter....if its not packed enought just add some pond water or soda (strawberry soda is the best) try putting a more generous amount of bait GOOD LUVK BROTHER!!! The reason the corn came off is because there is supposed to be a “bait stopper” that goes on the end so it doesn’t come off and yeah a you need a baiting needle

Usually in the UK we use 2 or more bits of corn on the hair rig for carp. I also recommend 'glugging' the fake corn too. This basically means leaving it in a bait liquid for a few hours to absorb the scent so it doesn't just smell like plastic. But these carp didn't care, they were crushing it! Great vid!

obviously they are bottom feeders, they get spooked easily so just drop your hook after you cast an leave it. I have had no problem catching with pack bait + hook, as well as just corn and hook. There are probably some better options though.

Straighten out a paper clip, then use needle nose pliers to make a small hook at the end of the paper clip. Thread the corn onto the paper clip, then use the hook you made at the end of the clip and hook it to your hair rig and slide the corn on the hair rig

Also. On your hair rig, youll want a “hair stopper” or even something as simple as a tiny twig in the loop of your hair rig. If you put something infront of your artifical corn on the hair it wont be able to be pulled off as easy :)

The pack bait attracts the carp that's where most of your attractant (smelly stuff) should be ...don't forget you can put attractant on your hook bait to this is called in the UK glug but as you was doing on day was mainly the colour of the sweet corn that the fish was seeing Some plastic con has its own smell on it already you can also try different baits like prawns chickpeas tined and spam tined meat that you cut into thumb size pieces give it a go can't wait to see you catch that big one of a lifetime

With the hair rigs you need a hair what is a small bit of plastic what you put through the end of the hoop on the hair rig then pull the corn up so the corn is pushing up against the hair stops so that the corn doesn’t fall off
