You need you rub olive oil on the fish after you dry it off, then season. Then, olive oil in the iron skillet. It won’t stick. This is the only way I cook my fish (besides fried).

Get a good fish batter recipe and deep fry the striper n fish batter and it makes the best fish and chips or fish tacos or fish sandwiches whichever u choose but striper deep fried n batter is the best way to enjoy striper. I have no idea if it still exist or not but there was a batter mix by Larry the cable guy sold at Walmart and it was hella good so if u can find it try it lol.

I just want to say that lfg rocks because he is always been apart of almost all Googan gatherings. Foresure an OG who stays dedicated and involved in the googan Squad activities none of the originals hardly ever make an appearance like Jon B, Flair, Lunkers. I do see Lojo being a part of. Along with Yak and 1rod. Who replaced Peric? I know Norm and AYO are out but what about Becca. Gotta keep a girl around. Sydney Wells would be awesome because she can do it all amd party with the best of them😅

Yeeeeaahhh...6 foot diameter cast net is WAY too small for larger baitfish. Get the biggest you can (15' would probably be ideal) & they won't be able to swim out fast enough to escape. 😉 Honestly, you might want to learn how to fish for larger baits on a Sabiki rig- saltwater guys use them to fill up their livewells with bait all the time.

Cheap cast net with ceramic weights....they suck.....need to get a good net (mono) with the lead sinkers and I promise more success .....the shad are faster than that net sinks
