you need a reliable consumer base in order to have a successful market, people are buying less and less, a lot of places are going to go out of business
@American-Motors-Corporation11 күн бұрын
Well yes a lot of places are going to go out of business and yes I will say that consumers are being more careful with money however we need to look at the mentality... they're only being careful because their wallet tells them they have to meaning if they were still rolling in the money even the lines of credit that they once were they would still be blowing money hand over fist so I would say what's looming on the horizon is one of the first major sectors to crash is going to be the credit market. this not only has it in for consumers but this also reflects on the businesses given that the businesses are also saturated with stupid amounts of debt there's basically no way out of this so I do look for more companies to fail I look for more mergers and act acquireizations basically it will be not only a thinning of the herd but it will be even more consolidation and that consolidation is already been underway on the supply side what do you think 2020 was all about? because I can tell you it was not a virus. as far as food goes there again people really are being careful but I will say that one of the biggest prop up / bailouts for retailers has been the food stamp program basically when they wrote bailouts to banks car companies and other assorted corporations they were not going to write a bailout bill to the likes of Kroger Meijer Walmart etc that would have looked too obvious to even the stupidest most superficialist idiot within the middle class that we would have a bigger problems than what we were being told so they took an existing program known as EBT otherwise called food stamps and they wildly expanded it as a means of propping up those companies that sold food and/or food stuffs notice how the retailers that don't are having the most problems Kohl's pennies Macy's... basically that expansion has also benefited the convenience store model whether it would be mom and pop or national chains even gas stations this is why you can go down to the gas station at 3:00 in the morning and get yourself a full-fledged DiGiorno pizza and a half gallon of ice cream. last decade everybody was doing with her politicians wanted them to do and they were bitching about the food stamp fuckers there's people that's trying to get that argument started again but the reality is simply those people are nothing more than unofficial couriers for the government at this point their job is basically to take that money and pass it out to the retailers of their choice thus keeping your cities and towns looking normal That's basically all it is folks Wake the fuck up the same is happening with rent.. ever since 2006 hud otherwise known as metropolitan/section8 housing had wildly expanded the criteria for houses to be on the metropolitan system in other words they're not as stringent on the shape of the house or the code of the apartments or whatnot and ever since then they've also been increasing the amounts of money they're willing to pay landlords big or small so this is part of the reason why you're seeing 14 and $1,500 a month rent because this is what the government is willing to pay nobody's going to charge any less. but they're again everybody makes memes and they shit on the tenants they blame the tenant because everybody calls them the welfare recipient but what they fail to realize is no no the apartment complex and or the huge conglomerate or the small-time guy is collecting the stupid amounts of money per month based on that individual's existence yeah they're getting a roof over their head and just like food stamps sure they're getting the food but it's caused a certain amount of inflation that has propped up those businesses and this is what everybody fails to see.

only because they have you convinced that it does remember they only get away with it because they have you convinced. over 25 years in business management and I can certainly say that just because you pay people more money does not necessarily constitute a price hike but they have people convinced otherwise. I mean if your profits are pretty healthy which for the most part across the board they are in a lot of cases especially companies that you can go look at that publicly state their profits in most cases it's not really going to cut into that in a major way but of course these companies like to show up on the news networks and bitch piss and mountain but notice how they never bring receipts I mean I want to see an itemized profit and loss statement and that's the problem the public doesn't demand it they don't actually have to show it to you but you know hey if they want to make a claim they need to prove it. another point to be made is simply notice how they're raising prices and they're not raising wages so I mean they're going to raise prices regardless that's the plan in case you haven't noticed.

Small distributed regenerative farm networks, are better for the people and the soil verses industrial, big Ag, monoculture, corporate farming. As well as taking the control of the food supply out of the hands of a few wealthy elites and putting it back into the hands of the general populace.
@American-Motors-Corporation11 күн бұрын
Well most of the time those big farms aren't necessarily owned by corporations A lot of those farms are still owned by basically one family now they have a series of contracts and yes they're basically on the government system so really the problem is we need to get government out of food production basically they are controlling the means of production there is no real free market when it comes to food production The big fear has always been that if they allowed the free market within food productions in you would have seen today's prices back in the '70s or '80s personally I think that that's a crock of shit but I can also see why some people would have the angle that the prices would have been far much more expensive in the past then they were but the trouble is simply you cannot suppress those prices forever this was an open discussion in the '80s and the mid '90s which is why it's a bit astonishing to me that the supposed all knowing boomers and Gen xers have been caught with their fuckin pants down. they act so surprised when you know hey this was a open conversation 30 to 40 years ago.

yeah you know how they did that? oh and by the way they're not the only retailers that did it but how they all figured out how to do that and by the way the government helped them do it on an early on last decade it was through EBT it's food stamps you people are just now getting that message? yeah last decade while everybody was on social media shitting all over the food stamp card holders is if they're the problem The reality is simply the government had taken an existing program expanded the hell out of it because it was the bailout / prop up for the retailers that sell food and/or food stuffs this is exactly why even the gas stations have expanded what they're offering you can go down there at 3:00 a.m. and buy a DiGiorno pizza and a half gallon of ice cream because of this nobody bothered to follow the money they just kept posting dick wagpost after dick wagpost about the food stamp fuckers they do was too stupid to follow the money this is exactly what your politicians wanted you to do I'm glad to see that somebody else fucking sees it! I'm seriously glad to see that somebody else sees it never thought that I would ever after all of these years that I've been bitching about this never thought I would see anyone else in the comments talk about that so yeah you're right they have jacked up groceries to prop up the rest of the store but I'll tell you how they did it and it was EBT you see the government wasn't going to write them a bailout bill like they did the banks car companies and other assorted corporations it would have looked too obvious to the stupid middle class that are particularly on the superficial side of life that we have bigger problems than what's being said so they didn't they took an existing program and there again they wildly expanded it this is why even mom and pop shops busted their ass to take EBT it's not just the big creepy court post it's everywhere everywhere is basically dependent on the government at this point with all of these programs oh by the way the same is happening with rent ever wonder why rent is high?? Well they want a Babylon about all these market issues but the fucking cold hard truth is it's high because this is what the government is willing to pay at the bottom line to any given landlord private or a conglomerate and nobody's going to charge any less this is why you're seeing 14 and $1,500 a month rent even for the tiniest and shittiest of apartments. but there again everybody just bitches about the tenant and they never fall with the money they never realized that those conglomerates are collecting millions of dollars a month in welfare funds and oh by the way most of those conglomerates have been doing so for over 40 years BlackRock and the gang are relatively new to the business they're late to the game. there's four conglomerates I cannot remember their names off the top of my head three of them are based in Texas One I believe is based in Oklahoma and those are the companies that have been going around and doing this for 40 years and they own basically every apartment complex and pretty much every state and city no joke they already own it all like I said Black Rock in the gang are late to the game. at this point the conglomerates coming in and buying up especially single family homes and then converting them to rentals what that really serves is the banks they're clearing house for the banks they buy up properties and then that's one less property that's under threat of being a foreclosure and sitting on the bank's books Well at the same time yeah they'll buy up for closed homes and they're clearinghouse for the bank basically. serves a couple of purposes it keeps the prices of any given area elevated Well at the same time if they rent this properties out the yard's mowed everything looks normal there again it keeps the prices elevated but it also provides tax money to the municipality The municipality the township the county whatever they don't really give a flying fuck who owns it and they don't really care who lives there they just want the tax money..
