This fits the MO of John Orr in California. He used to wrap matches to a cigarette (as a timer) and light the cigarette in the bedding and foam section of stores. Some people died because of him. John Orr was a fire captain and arson investigator in Glendale, California. He's still in jail

Especially after last year when my family had to run for our lives last year from the Drayton Valley fire. Was out 12 days, nothing burned in our house but the smoke was extreme... Moved away permanently shortly after that! Was looking forward to a nice Jasper vacation this month but you know... Fate and arsonists and the hot dry climate say otherwise...

Certain linens can be flammable or not fire retardant. Like synthetic materials like kids nightgowns or certsin types of pillowcases. If someone threw a match in the linens it can go up in flames easily. Microfibre fabrics are also flamable and sone have plastics woven into them. Another scenario could be a achitect or contractor wanted that land and new the only way to get it was get rid of walmart. Do reasearch.
