The acetate sericel sheets shown at 4:30 are reproduced animation cels from The Marvel Action Hour, which was a tv show. There were 6 of them, I think per title, randomly distributed in the comics Marvel Action Hour Featuring the Fantastic Four, and Marvel Action Hour Featuring Iron Man. The #1's (of 8) were polybagged to hold this unattached sheet. The comic your nephew displays is Marvel Action Hour (1994 Genesis Entertainment), which did have the blueprint of the Fansticar, but I don't think it had the animation cels, so perhaps someone placed it in that book thinking that's where it belonged. The only other Marvel Action Hour comic was Marvel Action Hour Preview (1994).
