Great meal plan this week hun. Our red capsicum (pepper) is over $10 a kilo or just over 2 pounds where you are. Crazy expensive! This week we are having Chicken and Broccoli pasta bake Lasagna and garlic bread Beef Rogan Josh in the slow cooker with rice and Roti bread Shepard's Pie (ground beef, mixed veg and gravy with mash on top with cheese baked in the oven) Get your own night Homemade KFC bowls with Popcorn chicken and mash with KFC gravy cos its better than mine Lots of cosy meals as we are in Winter here in Australia . Tonight's temp is 3 degrees (32F) and the days havent gone higher than 15C (60F) with a real chilly wind. Have a great week xx Rachel
