You’ve made your kids day with all the fabulous treats! Great haul for growing kids!! Hubby bought me cake from Walmart yesterday and I hated it..lol..at least the Chatman’s that he bought to go with it was awesome!! I’m with you on the stutter lately. Started a new job a couple of weeks ago, but still doing my original job, so the double duty and extra stress is causing me to stutter more. Luckily it seems to wait until I’m home and hubby doesn’t mind or tease, so I don’t feel overly self conscious. Hope you and the family have had a great weekend! Love you guys xo💜

A fun filled shopping trip!!! A little bit of everything and something for everyone!!!! Costco, down here in Puerto Rico, has had Sweet Smarts for a little bit now, reg. price $12.99, but an special for $5.97, brought a few BUT now $2.97, brought a few more and will again soon, only peach flavor....sending sunshine you way☀️😉🤗

@@ginahardman3573 Exactly!! Its not like there is not an abundance of healthy food options in the house as well!! As I know with my nieces and nephew its not like you can shove food down their throats and other ways of "forcing" them to eat things they really do not like/want to then that can cause other major issues that follow them into adulthood. No need to traumatize them. What I do with my nieces and nephew is I encourage them to try at least a bite then we move on.

Stock up on 2 or 3 go to meals for those times and keep enough to make them twice. Manwiches, hamburger helper, perhaps a frozen lasagna, etc that you could always have on hand in a pinch.

I grew up in a family of three kids. Two older brothers. Seeing the food in your kitchen totally brought back memories of my mom coming home and all the food around and us wondering what good food we got. My middle brother and I would go straight for the V8 😂. My kids also like when I come home from shopping especially my son. Will this last a few weeks for you guys?

Kids need treats! Mom and Dad need treats. It's ok I do that too for myself too Miranda, . I buy all the healthy stuff then once every couple of weeks I get treats... Latelyl I've been doing a lot of "casseroles" or such like that. One of my fave things is cook some ground beef add a can of either tomato or cream of mushroom soup and some mixed veggies and serve it over the cheap ramen or rice or mashed potatoes but I dont' use the salt packet from the ramen I add my own spices and just a little salt and I cook the ramen in broth for more flavor and then add the broth to the ground beef mixture. Baking is cool.. I'm not good at the bread thing but great at cake, cookies etc.. and pies.. I buy the premade crusts and I mix chocolate pudding and I use less milk in it so it's thicker and then mix with cool whip and put it in the crust and freeze it or put it in the fridge over night yum! If I buy butterscotch pudding I put bananas on the bottom and mix the butterscotch pudding with the cool whip and then put whipped cream from a can lol on top and crushed graham crackers I do the same with the chocolate one .. whipped cream in a can on top and crushed oreos!
